Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your flower arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. By accessing the Site, you confirm your understanding of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of use, you shall not use this website. The Site reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions of use regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

  • Malaysia is our country of domicile and all disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
  • Visa and Master Card in MYR will be accepted for payment.
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  • Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

PRODUCTS

All products as shown on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available in every city of the respective country under which the product is displayed. Certain product ranges are available in selected delivery areas only and such information is given in the respective product pages. Some flower and plant products may be harmful or poisonous (lilies, in particular, can be extremely toxic to cats), if you require further information before submitting an order please contact us. All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality, if the same is unavailable after order confirmation notification. In the event that we are unable to supply all (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full no later than 1 – 2 business days after the intended delivery date or date of communication about the same, whichever is later. A few products may not be available for same day delivery or other special delivery services. Such information is given in the respective product pages. Although a very rare case, please note in some locations we may need an additional 24 hours for the delivery of exotic flowers, seasonal flowers, chocolates, cakes and fruit baskets. We deliver only the finest quality of gifts/flower arrangements (branded items, wherever applicable), through our chosen partner network.
 

DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver across Malaysia by road, with same-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM (MYT). You’ll receive email updates as soon as your order is confirmed and when it’s out for delivery. We also ship orders based on availability and location. Store-displayed products can be ordered for delivery or picked up in-store, based on customer preference. Delivery fees vary based on your exact location—since areas like Klang Valley and Selangor are quite large, charges may be lower or higher depending on how near or far you are from our dispatch point.

CASH ON DELIVERY

For customers without access to a credit card or who prefer to pay with cash, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method from the Malaysia. You can select to pay in cash when during checkout and our customer service team will contact you to arrange collection of payment.
 

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 10–45 days, depending on the card-issuing bank. Refunds apply only if:
  • A wrong item was delivered
  • The product is defective, damaged, or tampered in the shipping
Perishable Items – Flowers Due to the perishable nature of floral products, any quality-related issues must be reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Upon verification and inspection, an appropriate replacement will be arranged. No complaints or claims will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery, as flowers are perishable and their condition may naturally change over time. For non-perishable products, any quality issues or return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Return shipping is free for eligible returns where a wrong, defective, damaged, or tampered product was delivered.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The utmost care and attention are given to your order to ensure your delivery perfectly. In dealing with highly perishable products, if in case anything goes wrong, you bring up a concern or complaint, we will always listen and resolve the issue as quick as possible. Our customer service staff are trained to respond to concerns and can decide on an appropriate course of action for you on the spot. We regret that you may not cancel an order once your order is shipped. You are entitled to cancel any payment where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances. In case the customers find anything wrong with the product, they can certainly complain about it. Our customer service staff will look into the matter and provide the appropriate solution to resolve the issue. If the customer cancels the order 1 day before the delivery date, he/she is entitled to get a full refund. The order can be cancelled anytime but the full refund will be entitled only if it is done 1 day before the delivery date. If a customer finds anything wrong with the quality of the product, we will verify it. In case, we find the same, the product will be replaced or the customer will be entitled a full reimbursement.
