Cake Care & Storage
- Refrigerate the cake as soon as you receive it and enjoy it within 48 hours.
- Keep the cake in its original box or an airtight container to help maintain freshness.
- Store cream or mousse cakes at 2°C–5°C and cheesecakes at below 10°C.
- Take the cake out of the refrigerator 15–20 minutes before serving for a softer texture and better flavour.
